I know I know...there are a million threads about Manny's greatness and how he would "beat" JCC...but here is a fight that I think would have been great. Prime Castillo (THe one prior to the first Corrales fight) vs. the Pacman of last night. Who would win? Would Castillo's body shots slow down Pac? Or would Pac speed be too much for Castillo to handle.

I was thinking of this fight last night, that's why I included it in a previous post.
The Castillo that BEAT Mayweather in thier first fight would have been all over Pacman like glue. Pac would probably tag him a lot coming in, but Castillo had Chavez like power and chin at 135. Good fight, I'm not sure who wins it though.Comment

Manny's combination of speed and power is an awesome asset. He's a threat to anyone at this point. 95 percent of fighters who move up in weight do not carry thier speed AND power with them. Manny carried BOTH. He's genetically gifted, he's got monsterous knuckles, huge calves and ridiculous lean muscle mass. He's gonna dominate at 135 and be a threat to anyone at 140. That said, I think he would be competitive with any of the top 135lbers of previous years.Comment
