Joe Calzaghe the most overrated boxer in history?

Is he? His resume looks padded and extremly hand picked, I know most fighters hand picked there opponents but his look really hand picked. While he cracks jokes on Kelly Pavlik for having a better resume then him.

Jeff Lacy and Kessler didn't beat **** before stepping in the ring against Calzaghe, Pavlik beat Zertuche, mckart, Zuniga, Miranda and Taylor twice. Kesslers best win is against Mundine, and Andrade was complete utter offensively **** when Kessler fought him.

I like Calzaghe but it just sucks to see that his resume does look extremly hand picked, fighting weak opposition while ducking good fighters like pavlik.


Now compare the fighters of Calzaghes best 6 wins, I wouldn't even personally consider hopkins as one of his best wins because he looked like total **** at light heavy weight against Hopkins

Kelly Pavlik is far more over-rated. Zertchue is ****, Zungia is old and was never that good. McKart is old and SHOT, and Miranda was never truley world class he is just a powerful and exciting brawler. He gets credit for his two wins over Taylor, which were impressive but Kessler and Hopkins are both better then Taylor at this point.

Mayweather did duck those two, they're way bigger then him and stronger then him and cottos defense is pretty solid and a scary opponent to fight.

Kessler still hasn't fought anyone while Taylors resume craps all over Kesslers. Kessler would get his ass ****d by Lucian Bute. And thats not a crack on Kessler because Lucian Bute is a good fighter compared to the crap Kessler has fought.
