Berto is not going to be the star HBO expects him to be. Maybe if he could get down to 140 he could become a star. But there's no way he can beat a Paul Williams, a Miguel Cotto, or a Floyd Mayweather.

I don't even know if he could beat some of the older Welterweight guys like a Shane Mosley, or some of the contenders like a Clottey.

I just don't see anything special in Berto at the moment.
