        He was ranked number 2 behind Mayweather when Mayweather was active, now that Mayweather is retired he should be ranked number 1 because he has fought and more often than not beaten top class opposition in the last 3 or 4 years.

        Barrera x2, Morales x2, Marquez and he has moved up a weight class and beat up, dominated the WBC titlist. If that doesn't make him pound for pound number 1, I don't know what does.
