Mayweather would win. He is plenty bigger than Pacqiao is and can do most of what Pacqiao can do, plus he has a better defense. I make Pacquiao P4P #1 though, since Floyd is retired and when he isn't he doesn't fight in his chosen weight class.

I'm sorry but Floyd destroys Pacquiao if they actually fight at 147.

In a mythical p4p fight though, it's a much closer fight but Floyd still wins cause defense wins championship.
