Open it up in sopcast, right click the player and select properties. Copy the link, then open up VLC player, click file, select "open network stream", select the http option, then paste the link there.

If that's not working you might want to try restarting your computer.

that Sopcast channel isn't working for me. no big deal, have other options. heehee
