    In their primes, Calzaghe was bigger than Hopkins...

    ... Meaning a mythical match up between the two would and should favour Calzaghe. P4p? In their primes? That would be closer but there is a reason Hopkins never fought at SMW and even when he got too big for MW went straight to LHW at the end of his career. Hopkins filled out with age and ended up as the bigger guy @ 175 than Calzaghe but @ 168 in their PRIME years, Joe was bigger and would likely win.

    Bhop did fight at smw, as well as light heavy b4 goin to middle. his first fight was at lhw.

                i thought B Hop made his debut at 175lbs ? and i heard in a pre fight press confrence on u tube where Hopkins said he had sympathy for Joe boiling down to 168lbs for all those years cause he struggled to make 160 for over 10 years

                    neither guy is bigger than the other. Hopkins worked hard to fight at 160. In their primes a more active hopkins with better stamina beats a prime calzaghe.
