    Frank warren a good promoter?

I personally think not, as ricky hatton, naz and now joe calzaghe have all left him meaning he was probably not delivering the fights the fighters wanted.

Although you could argue that without warren calzaghe would probably be defeated by now (therefore not as highly ranked) ricky hatton would have got K.O'd if he stepped up too quickly (john thaxon nearly K.O'd him in the early years and he was only a british champion) and the minute naz left warren he got beat like a drum.

So frank a good promoter yes or no? (I dont think so..)

He makes himself and his fighters millions of dollars, so he obviously is a good promoter. Whether he is an ******* or not isn't the point.

      I think he is.

He protects his investments however. But he seems to care.

only after hatton left warren did we reraly get to see his skill and power!!(agaings much better fighters)

and khans list of wins is a ficking joke!!!! he should fight a decent fighter!!!

im so glad calzaghe left him!!!! it was a ****ing shame that his second last fight was his biggest!! he should of been in "superfights" 7/8 years ago!!!

Warren is great if you want if you have a court order that doesn't allow you to leave the country and you want to fight your first champ at 35+ fights into your career.

              From whos point of view?

I mean fighters win and get lots of money with him and are sometimes over protected...But they getting there money so on that yeah he is good for fighters.

Not for legacies and fans though,

It's just my opinion, but a promoter's greatness is measured by what he can do as far as revenue for himself and his clients (boxers). If the fans are that dissatisfied then they'll stop paying. If they don't then they get what they deserve.
