If you want a mean looking scar just let it heal by itself. I got one scare on my leg when as a box a windshiled wiper went inside of my leg and ripped my skin open(never went to the hospital)

Stitch it up as soon as you can? lol

If you're referring to ways of making it heal faster after it's been sewed up there is this silicon **** you can put on it, it's a topical that you put on and it drys making a protective shield over the cut while infusing it will vitamin D and collagen which supposedly makes it heal even faster.

Rub battery acid into it, and maybe some road salt. It doesn't help it to heal but it proves that you are tough...
