As soon as Anthony Peterson steps up, he will lose

He's fighting a 33 year old shot fighter, a smaller guy with 13 losses on his record, who was seriously injured and stopped in his last fight.

    Yet he can't dominate him.

Peterson is a very overrated fighter, and he'll lose when he fights a top prime age opponent.

He CLEARLY dominated him, and show off some excellent talent.

The fact that he didnt knock him out just means he can't punch.

Juan Diaz will stop him. Embarrass him. Peterson wont ever beat Diaz until hes shot/past prime

i dont think that IMO. When Peterson is ready for that level of fighter, i think Diaz-Peterson would be a great fight

Any of the three Diaz would defeat Peterson, and so would Pacquiao, Campbell, Marquez, Casamayor, Guzman and Katsidis.

Actually I have seen Anthony fight much better when he has an opponant who is throwing alot of punches - he makes them miss, and counters very well. Unfortunately tonight he was in with a fighter who was looking to get a paycheck. This was not the Anthony that I have seen so many times, this was more of a sparring match, but he did what he should have done and won every round.

Don't read too much into this fight if it's your first time seeing Peterson fight, he is MUCH better fighter than he showed tonight...

Peterson's still young and developing his career as a prospect right now. I think he'll be fine.

Diaz vs Peterson would be a fight i would have to put on mute. Both of these guys need to shut it with all the grunting and noise making.

I only caught the last few rounds of that fight. Something just didn't seem right about Peterson. He would go into flurry combos, then he would back off and allow the other dude to comeback with twice the output. Did Peterson hurt himself or something? He just has looked better with other similar opposition.
