I seen Margarito doing the bridge thing but on the opposite, here the pics:

Here is my neautral view of the fight Cotto would win UD most probably with bodyshots to slow margirto down and move around. He wont go toe2toe if he did he will lose.
No doubt he must do some crazy-ass neck workouts, cool link btw. In regards to the outcome of the fight, well if Cotto can somehow survive and "box" Tony for 12 full rounds then yes, he will undoubtfully win a decision, I can't see Tony wining this fight on the cards, I would be shocked if that were the case.

Although I think Cotto is the more complete fighter of the two, I don't think he is fast enough to avoid all the non-stop punches Tony will throw at him for 12 round, and slow or not Margarito always seems to land his shots some way or another. Despite what the Cotto fans say, his chin is still questionable, and it will be fully tested once he gets to feel true Welterweight power. That being said, Margarito's ribs and torso will be tested as well as Cotto is a great body puncher.

I don't know man, a lot of people are making these insane assumptions of this fight, I honestly don't think it will go past 9 or 10 rounds, I still got my boy Tony winning by KO with no doubt in my mind.

For Toney to win he have to win by early KO.

Cotto is abit quick hand and feet and being a good bodypunch he could slow down Margarito abit. Bodypunchs take alot of stamina and when a person is out of stamina it pretty hard to move, punch or even to think straight.

Cotto should jab jab then left hook to the body and then move to the right after that combo.

So for Margarito to win he need to start quickly and finish Cotto.

Cotto may win by TKO if Cotto get cut and usally he does get cut pretty quick.

Let me break down the keys to this fight, for reals.

          For Cotto:
#1 - Cotto has to box, box, box. Not because he isn't a tough fighter who can **** but because he has the obvious edge there and needs to fight to his strength and Tony's weakness.

#2 - Cotto needs to fire the jab to keep tony away, which I think is the best punch in his arsenal. Everyone talks about Cotto's body punching but his jab is one of the best in the biz.

#3 - Finally, Cotto needs to become a counter puncher and allow Tony's aggressiveness to work against him. No matter how strong Tony is, he can't continually take damage for 12 rounds from a strong puncher like Cotto.

          For Tony:
#1 - Tony has to be in the best shape of his life. He will have to win on volume punches. Tony must be as active in the first round as in the last round to win this fight because what he lacks in boxing skill he will make up in sheer will and volume of punches.

#2 - Tony will have to smother Cotto, fight a little "dirty" so to speak. Kind of do what John John Molina did to Oscar when they fought. Not be dirty in the lillegal sense but just stay on top of Cotto, frustrate him and lure him into a brawl which is where Tony wants this fight.

#3 - Defense! I have seen Tony's ability to block off the long jab of Paul Williams when they fought, knocking it down with his lead hand. He must minimize Cotto's effectiveness of his jab by deflecting it and knocking down the barrier that will eventually let him inside where he can "rough" things up a bit.

Side notes, don't be suprised by Tony's body punching as well, he's no slouch in that category. I wonder how much faster Cotto will actually be than Cotto, that willl make a huge difference.

I think this fight ends early one way or the other. People say it will got the distance but I think either Cotto or Tony will dominate, I just have that gut feeling.

I am reporting live inside the Margarito camp. They have a CD playing over the speakers that keeps saying, "Most feared fighter with 5 losses alive." I think it's a subliminal message or something, but all I have to say is Margarito is the most feared fighter alive with 5 losses.

the rumor is that margarito has been breaking the ribs of every man that has stepped foot in his camp. not just the sparring partners but any live body. this man has no regard for human life. for this reason many of the reporters are scared to get anywhere near his camp for fear of getting beaten battered and bruised by the tijuana tornado. no one not even cotto is ready to feel true welterweight power.

When Margarito loses again, do all of you go away for good? I thought we'd gotten rid of you after the Williams fight, but you're relentless. Look how the Hatton fans shut up. Why can't you be more like them?
