Na your bull ****ting I watched Gatti destroy a dude one time, Gatti was 160 in a 140 pound bout, they asked how he felt about that, he said "it was a good 20 pounds I feel fast, I feel strong." LOL It is ridiculous, we need to move the weigh in to inside the ring at the time, then we could see boxers fight at their true weight. If you come in weight drained for your bout then you should have to fight like that. I know it is dangerous for the fighters, but this **** has gotta stop and that is a easy way to do it.

Zab Judah is one of the most talented fighters I have ever seen, with that said, he is an absolute ****** on a good intelligent day. His ADD(don't know if he does, but at least there is an excuse if he does) is ridiculous. He could have been one of a great no joke, fast, devastating power, good footwork, and agility.Comment

I didn't hear Stanley Ketchel complain against Big Jack Johnson did you?You guys ever wrestle in highs school? Or at least know a guy who wrestled in high school? Ever seen MMA?
Thats part of the game, in combat sports we have weight classes, and how far down in weight you can get before a fight is completely fair. If the smaller guys dont like, they should either learn to beat the larger men or cut weight themselves.
If you dont want to cut the weight, you have advantages in that. Cutting weight drains a fighter, if you dont have to drain yourself before a fight that is an advantage in itself.
Either way its not cheating when its well within the rules.
Well of course we didn't that was before my Grand Parents time but the point is valid!Comment

Ketchel also caught Johnson with a cheap brutal haymaker after agreeing to work the fight. Lost most of his teeth for his trouble.Comment

When I first read your post I thought you said it was do or die and if he loses he should die. I thought how harsh!
Seriously though I don't understand why he can't campaign at 140. Get some discipline, get some heart, dump Daddy and fight were you belong. There is still time.Comment

Yup. And it sure gives us great footage to watch to this day. No doubt Stanley deserved it but you can't knock the little guy too much for going for it. He paid the price (and then some in a barn in Michigan later).Comment
