The sad truth is he should not be on the world stage.I know this seems a bit harsh but he was very lucky to of found a title holder like Vernon who was on his last fight in a long hard career .Mora does have the personality for the sport but would be beat by Bute,Pavlik or Abraham.I don't think he is going to take the Pavlik fight,it would be suicide.

I have to agree with this, honestly. Sergio Mora has gotten two breaks- one, being on the Contender. How many fighters from that show have really had world class careers, even after the exposure? Even Mora toiled in relative obscurity until his SECOND break- fighting an old Forrest to snatch a belt. On a world class stage he's going to fall flat. Pavlik might as well eat lard and cream filled donuts his entire training camp- **** his girl every night and roll out of bed at noon to walk to the gas station to get more food- in preparation for this fight. He'd still get the KO.

i would say im the biggest mora fan on here. im been tellin yall bout him for years. people never understood the reason why he turned down the taylor fight. i broke it down for them. now he is a world champ and people are jumpin on his band wagon. im not saying your one of them. im sure your not. but there are many out there. i just laugh at those people cuz they gotta respect him now. honestly he'll be ok at 60. trust you'll be suprised
