there used to be dead boars that lied around on the street sometimes round where I live, but they were too rotten by the time I got to em to eat em. haha

it prolly tastes like a leaner, tougher pork. In fact, its probebly like the relation between buffalo and beef. Buffalo is not bad at all.

Ive always wanted to try goat. It seems like it would be a lean, strong flavoured kind of meat...something like Veal, perhaps, but with more taste.

how does it actually taste?

if you get goat from someone that raises it for food, like beef, the last couple weeks of life you feed it grains or alfalfa. the meat ends up no more gamey than fresh killed beef or pig, which tastes a little different then store bought. also a billy goat is what you want. not a milk goat.
its more milder than pork and if you don't tell them they will think it is beef. now if you get a goat thats been roaming the alleys of east l.a. thats been eating barbed wire and out of trashcans then its going to have a gamier boquet to it.
now lamb is gamey compared to above three.

haha nah, Ive never eaten roadkill before. I was just screwin around. that would be pretty messed up. And I never would unless I was starving and in a third world country. Its very sad that some people live off of roadkill in those kind of places. heard thats what Miranda had to do to live.
