Has anyone eaten a Peruvian dish called "Anticuchos"? it's basically chunks of cow heart marinated overnight and cooked in the grill like shish kabobs. They are actually pretty good if marinated right and cut right.

People are just into different **** its like a culture thing...I remember this article I read before some guy giving this south american tribe a snickers candy or some skittles and they threw up like it tasted like **** and thought he was poisoning them.Comment
