Is Berto the most explosive WW?

I'm watching the fight, and he's pretty damn explosive when he punches. Do you guys think he's the most explosive when the throws his shots out?

Yeah, he's a very good puncher. I think it's going to be a good while before he's ready to meet a fighter like Cotto. He has a lot of potential.

Cintron and Berto look very explosive fighting journeymen. I don't think you can really tell until they fight someone with a pulse.

That explosive uppercut that dropped Rodriguez was a thing of beauty...not many Welterweights could take that punch.

Berto is definately one of the most explosive welterweights, hes a very good fighter with potential, but I think he will get beatdown when he steps up against the bigger, stronger guys like Cotto,Margarito and Williams.

Hmmmm, being explosive basically entails that you can really put it on someone out of nowhere and Berto comes to mind as the top in the division when I think about it.

I dont think you can judge it like that because alot of it has to do with just style of fighting. Its his style. Just like its Mosley's style and Meldrick Taylor's style. There flurry style fighters. If a guy doesnt use that style then he's not ever going to look explosive but dont tell me that a guy like Pavlik wont hurt you badly, you feel me?

Well what do you guys define as explosive? I believe you mean quick snappy punches. If thats the case then yeah, Berto is very explosive. But if you mean quick and power then thats a big NO. Judah still has the keys to that car.

I think Berto is one of the most explosive offensive fighters in any division now. However that shouldn't be mistaken as calling him unbeatable.
