Good question, but Id lean towards Sergio on that one. Im saying I doubt he would have won a title based on what is at welterweight right now, against the top guys I dont see him winning.

He may have beaten the 2 most recently dethroned WW champs though, Cintron & Quintana.

I think he can win a title at 154, even now.

At welter proberbly not, but he could've beat Mora, Philips at 154 etc.
