You know what the ****ed up thing is? If you put a really great fight on network television- one that was evenly matched with good acton- but no knockdowns or knockout- people wouldn't be as interested as if we put, say, Klitschko in the ring with a fat bum and let him KO his ass in devestating fashion.

but it wont happen on CBS

Moonves putting boxing on CBS would mean it would cost money to compete with EliteXC.

If it is ABC or NBC or FOX it would be way better.
MMA only has 4 fights a year. they could work around it easily so that both parties are pleased.

ABC, NBC, and FOX would all be great, but CBS is the one thats affiliated with Showtime, so its most likely.

what would really be great for boxing is that the old fighters retire... tarver, hopkins, etc. are great but they need to gtfo now... their time is over.

          showtime production sucks ass though!

Espn is affiliated with ABC and I like there production team way better brian kenny, joe T, and Teddy Atlas are way better then Showtimes team...showtime needs Bobby Cyzz back

isnt HBO affiliated with like ABC or NBC?

espn fights arent nearly good enough for Network TV, niether are their ratings.

And idk, if HBO is affiliated with one of them, they will probably make a deal to compete with Showtime if they make their deal with CBS

I hear Ratings are great in UK free tv. Khan gets around 6 million viewers on free tv at around 10 pm their time.

Anyways I'd like to see boxing on ABC they seem to have the best quality picture

I aggree, they have to make sure at least at first to get boxers with less chins against boxers with great power. Americans love to see the ko.
