Calzaghe has at least two fights on his plate before taking on either of them if he even fights two fights before retiring. Showtime puts them on the same card whenever possible to draw interest, but neither seems to be pursuing it at all. This is one of those fights that makes perfect sense and I don't think we should let either guy slide without taking the fight. What else is there to do? I really do not need to see Dawson against any mandatories and Tarver should be pursuing only big fights at age 39.

Roy jones junior, Tarver seem to have this obsession in fighting someone he has beaten twice in three fights. I understand he would make more money fighting RJJ but nobody wants to see a fourth fight between them two.
Dawson seems like he want to fight Tarver but with Jones and NOW joe calzaghe around the corner tarver doesnt seem to want to commit, So dawson is fighting his mandatory Diocanu.Comment

Dawson needs to dump his belt and fight Tarver if the Magic man still wants it. Both Tarver and Glen Johnson dumped their belt to fight each other few years ago.
