Truth is i can't even get real training, only time my coach talks to me is at the end of the month when he wants me to pay him. Thats why i want to train at home, i notice how my trainer and other people at my gym laugh at me behind my back. I'll mayby try to find a new gym.

That's pretty harsh man. If that's true you should go somewhere else.

However, has the coach tried to help you to no avail. Because if you took the attitude to him you did to some of the advice you were given here it's hardly suprising. He will take you more seriously if you learn the orthodox boxing style. Hands up work on good shots
