Well I am sure I could hit 800+, if I dont screw up

now I am not sure how the machines are scored in Europe, but I have heard that the shot gun bean bags used by swat pack a 800psi punch in them, per square inche.

I have heard rumors that Mike Tyso had a record at 1800psi

Ok guys, I know we are gonna get a lot of guys claiming they hit the highest, but lets be honest here, now we have all seen the machine with the speed bag ball at the end and when you punch it , it tells you the force of your puch in PSI.

Have you hit one and if so how long ago and how did you do?


I went to a wing house in Dallas, I saw that a dollar would get me 2 shots. In high school I was able to hit 620, or something like that.
1st shot I thought I connected good 420, LMAO
2ns shot I messured and put force behind it, I hit wrong, I felt my wrist turn just a little, but I did not hurt my wrist. 760

now the record was 857

It would be too heart-breaking for me. In my mind I think I can punch through a thick oak tree, to acknowledge the reality that I maybe could not would be thoroughly disappointing

Those machines are crap. Flat footed with just shoulder into it it went passed 800 and said i was a superhero lmao I dont think those are accurate.

There not at all, my mate hit one real hard and got a score of 200, and then on another got a score of 800, i saw someone else hit one fairly hard and got a score of 010.

these machines arent great TBH i hit 860 with a jab! and that was more than my cross and not much weaker thanmy left hook!

I've only played on one, and that was at a club in my area. It didn't read like that, but the highest it would go was 120. And I watched the people in front of me hitting it........a cholo literally ran at the pad and punched it scoring a 102. I thought it was cheap because normally the glove is bound by a cord that limits your movement.

Anyways I stood still and jabbed it for my three tries scoring 84, 77, and 83 I think respectively. Like arm punches.

But I have no idea what I'd score if I leaned into a right hand.

Either way I was drunk and remember little.

I don't throw punches with power normally, I just let my hands go in correct form without losing balance.

So that obviously detracts from punching hard.

I hate those things. The particular one I tried was a speed bag that came down and you had to punch back up. I tried it once and hyper extended my right arm when I threw the punch, and then only got like 750. Not only was my arm hurt.....but so was my pride. Lame. There is no technique to those things though. People who get 850 and higher are literally taking running starts and winging the punch.

What does the game look like that you guys are playing? The one I punched had like a rudimentary focus mitt attached to a thick pole. And right beside that was a monitor with the creature you had to beat.

Like you get 3 tries and you have to score a certain amount to beat the crab, the 18 Wheeler, some thug rapist, and something else.
