Coke Zero is cool but it's all about the DC for me. I drink so much that now if I go a day or 2 without I start to get a headache, which is slightly worrying

I personally don't eat McDonalds every day but some people do. That **** makes you gain weight 1,000,000x faster than if you were eating the same amount of calories but with home cooked meals, it's very sad. I do enjoy a double cheeseburger with only cheese and ketcup every now and then.... mostly on the weekend to indulge.

lol, the whole doughnut stereotype is complete BS. It's more like coffee and fast food (this is in general, there are some cops who are physically fit and healthy)

I've seen cops driving around blindly, texting on their cell phones. Do you guys see that kind of stuff over there?

That's just Caffeine addiction. You might also experience pissing out of your arse when you stop your caffeine intake. I went on Caffeine detox before I got married, it was like cold turkey! you get the shakes and everything.

Well 2 people I work with eat McDonalds regularly (practically every day) So that should give you an idea.
