actually, there is no real 'code', as in universal street ethics..or something.

its usually just better not to snitch when it comes to important things, because if someone involved finds out, you might end up dead/robbed/etc. thats the real 'code', at least as far as Im concerned.

obviously, this isnt a really huge, 'someones gonna die' kind of thing, so why would Nate care about telling someone that Abraham's brother kicked someone when they were knocked out?

I dont know whats going on with this whole kicking business. theres a bunch of people that have stated that Alex kicked Miranda, and then Sauderland turns around and says Miranda's camp attacked them with chairs...

Because it was fighter of color who was kicked its taken as a joke? If it was one of your Mexican fighters kicked on the ground by a Filipino fighter, we would have a different story in here.

haha exactly, thats the first thing I started thinking of when I started hearing about this whole business!

personally, I think the whole thing is exaggerated. Alex probebly nudged at Miranda with his foot while he was down, and it turned into a kick in some people's eyes.
Bailey probebly had a staredown/got riled up with Alex when he was close by, and the ring doctor also probebly told him to go wax his mother. but as usual, no one actually ended up fighting after that faceoff between the two, and they moved on.
then Miranda's camp probebly threw a big, fluffy chair into the ring so that Miranda could sit on it, and Alex cried because he thought it was aimed at him.

yea, if Alex actually did do that, its disgraceful. in fights, that sort of thing happens, and you should actually expect it. but this was in a boxing ring. that kind of stuff should not happen

Wow, I havent seen this many idiots post in the same thread since one of those "Tyson - greatest of all time?" threads.

So let me get this straight. Nate is at the fights, with a great sightline of what went down, and a reporter asks him if he saw what went down. He answeres, as well as offering his disgust with ANYONE who would try and kick a fighter who is down. And this is a problem exactly how?

I guess he should have responded more like this. "Sorry, I can't comment on that, because I really don't want some keyboard warriors on the message boards to get offended and think I'm snitching, even though as a fighter I am totally disgusted by what I just saw".

And I'd bet my house that 99% of the bitches posting "snitch" comments are just like the punk in "Alpha Dog" who hid in the other room and pretended he wasn't home when the other guys were ripping off his house. Internet tough guys. I'd like to see just one of you call him a snitch to his face. lol. But you won't. You'll just sit at your computer and post links to 5 year old videos of Campbell-Peden 1.
