Eh, no, Miranda was down and could not get up.
But lets say ref would start counting him out and miranda somehow makes it.
Guess whats gonna happen next to him? More brain damage.
there you go... very wise decision by the ref, no question about it.
I think Miranda could have gotten up once again if he really wanted it, but I dont think he wanted to... and there was so much time left he would have just imediately gotten knocked down again.
