I just heard that Ryan Songolia was there live at ringside and also confirmed that Alex hit him while he was down and most of the details.

That could be true but what put some doubt in my mind was the 100k fine. Who determined the fine so quickly?

I saw nothing to suggest this ever happened as the fight result was announced and during Miranda's interview.

There is some confusion here. I can't imagine he hit or kicked Miranda after the fight ended, and we would have got some wind of it on the Showtime broadcast.
