The scoring just showed that they wanted to give it to Lorenzo but Marquez was such a warrior and to an extent outclassed Lorenzo so they had to score it to him.

To me this is indicative of judging as a whole in the sport. When they have a young, undefeated guy with a future they will always score for him over the established, older veteran with not that many years ahead of him in the sport. Dawson-Johnson, Hopkins-Taylor and now this fight prove it.
