The guy wasnt suppose to be in the ring with Kessler in the first place, I hate mismatch like this one.

I saw the fight (an recorded it). Actually I think that Kessler has two problems.
1. He does not have THE knockout power (and/or he does not risk anyting to get a knockout).
2. He looks bad when put under pressure (which fortunately does not happen often).
Except for the big scare in the first round, there is no doubt that Kessler was the dominating force. Kessler was hit with a right hand and his legs started to bend and he almost fell backwards and his eyes rolled for a second. He then made an angry expression which sort of said "WHAT! Noo! This can't happen. ARGHH!" and he was then back in the fight.
Even when sartison was spent in the later rounds, Kessler did not risk anything to get the knockout. This was the advice of his trainer(s) in the corner. He is very careful. In the 12th round though he clearly went for the knockout and got it.
Sartison did not collapse until a few minutes after the fight. Kessler walked over to thank him for the match and according to Kessler Sartison did not seem to register anyting. A little later he collapsed and was carried away to an ambulance. Doctors say he was just exausted.Comment

I looked this guy up and let me tell you, he's got a less than impressive resume. I wonder if they started to really farm up undefeated crappy fighters?! I said something like that a few weeks ago but i was joking. Competing with MMA and trying to fool people like that is NOT compatible because once the first casual fan really digs in boxrec he will turn his back to our beloved sport! Hardcore fans will still be here but we aren't many anymore.Comment

If anyone has ftp or something I can upload the 12th round. It's 41mb. The whole fight would probably take forever to upload.Comment

Here is a little worrying article from ******************:
While Mikkel Kessler won via 12th round stoppage, all of ******************’s attention, hopes, prayers are now with Dimitri Sartison. Sartison was dominated in almost every round by Mikkel Kessler, and according to our editor, the German’s corner should have stopped the fight way sooner. As it happens Kessler finally forced it in the 12th after which time a shaken up Sartison was sat down on his stool in his corner, and though initially ok, he seemed to lose some motor skills, and was laid out on the ring apron with his legs twitching, until a stretcher was brought into the arena and he was taken out.
As Mike Marley was on the phone with me, Sartison was conscious and speaking with his wife, manager, and promoters. He was carried out of the arena in view of our editor. He seemed to be ok considering his situation, but that is not saying much at this point.
Once again we reiterate all of ******************.com sends its hopes and prayers to Dimitri Sartison and wishes him a speedy recovery with no side effects.Comment
