young foreman was not a pleasant person to be around from what i've read.

I'm not even so sure about the old Foreman being so good. Good in the sense that he's not a criminal and does some charity, but I've heard more than my share of stories about what a jerk Foreman can be when the cameras are off.

Teenage, pre-Job Corps Foreman was a thug. The 1970s Foreman was known as a mean guy, sort of a Jekkyl and Hyde type guy. He once paid a woman off after beating her up.
