Ravelo was doing good in the early rounds landing a lot of clean shots but ward skill level eventually showed. Anyone else think ronald hearns should fight julio cesar chavez jr?

Hearns looked good for sure. Just wonder. He don't have the power his daddy did.
He's a really skinny dude just like him but he ain't got the same type of pop.

That's because there is only 1 Thomas Hearns.

Hearns still needs a lot more time and fine tuning.

Ravelo isnt very good. Ward did his thing, I still think he needs to prove more though.

I think Allen Green is taller, but he's in the same weight class. I think that's a good year-end fight for Ward, and I bet HBO BAD would take it as a main event. It's not like Green is a killer in boxing trunks. He shows flashes, but he's mostly just a good basic one-two puncher with some power.

Ward looked sloppier than usual last night, but that left hook-right cross combo that put Ravelo down was a thing of beauty. I wouldn't be too worried if they put him in with Allen Green. In fact, if they would make that a title eliminator or even for one of Calzaghe's vacant belts I think that'd be a great fight.

I wonder where they're going next. I think a matchup against someone like Carlos De Leon Jr. would be a good one for Showtime or maybe Fulgencio Zuniga. Then after that Green would be a good one.

I'm a fan of Andre Ward. He has some good potential. He should be a good one. He just needs polished up a bit.
