Judah doesn't react well to pressure, that's what Williams does, he pressures his opponents with his high workrate and the rematch with Quintana showed that he has pretty good power.

I think Judah would start fast like he normally does but he'd start to slow down after 4 or 5 rounds, Williams would then start catching him and would win the fight down the stretch.
