Also, for one to think that Abraham stands a chance against Pavlik is ri-god-dang-diculous. That fight would have been over a few seconds after the jaw break , had Pavlik been in Miranda's shoes. How is Abraham on Pavlik's level when he destroyed Miranda who basically blew away AA? This baffles me. I guess we will have to see the fight to help me prove my point. Let's get it on. I pray it happens so that the Pavlik doubters will subside.
Miranda did beat Abraham if all the low blow point deductions are disregarded, but at the time, Abraham was suffering from a broken jaw and was not able to fight to his full potential, since primarily he had to protect himself and not take any risks.

Even in that scenario, Miranda did not "blow Abraham away" he won most rounds yes, but not all and didn't really get all that close to getting Abraham out of there, the fight was still competitive. It is reasonable to assume, I think, that in the absence of a broken jaw (which is really quite an exceptional occurence) that Abraham will do very much better, and may very well win.

As for Pavlik v Abraham, as I've posted before, Abrahams static style and tendency to take punches on his gloves could play right into Kelly's hands, but it looks to me as though Abraham has an excellent chin and might very well be the man to stand up to Kelly's punches. In that scenario we have a boxing match and in one of those Abraham would be a very testing opponent for Kelly.

I don't know who would win between Abraham and Pavlik, at this stage I think I give Pavlik a slight edge, but I'm hoping to have a better idea after tomorrows fight.

De La Hoya won't fight him, **** no lol.

As much as I hate Abraham, he is a tough guy and you gotta respect him for that. I can see the Pavlik-Abraham fight happening if he beats Miranda. Should be a good fight, but I can see Pavlik beating his ass.

I guess confidence is good but yeah, he needs to focus on one fight at a time.

You dont have to be a Pavlik doubter ( I am a hardcore Pavlike fan by the way, I saw both JT fights live) to recognize that AA vs Pavlik is a good fight, assuming AA beats Miranda. I agree that Pavlik would be the favorite in such a fight, but that does not mean that AA has no chance or that it would be a boring fight. Remeber Juan ML was the untested fighter fighting the veteran powerhouse in Ponce de Leon. You could have easily argued that JML had no chance, but did you see what happened?

Yes.. Abraham needs to try to at least fight a fair and even fight with Miranda before calling out the man who knocked Miranda the **** out. He only survived the fight with Miranda becuase of the ref. I dont know what hes thinking coming to America to fight Miranda.

Are you serious? Kelly will beat the **** outta Abraham. Miranda damn near split his head. The ref not Abraham saved his ass. Abraham had quit.

Exactly. Abraham struggled against Miranda AT HOME with a ref carrying him.
Hes going to get that ass whupped tonight.

well you need head movement and handspeed to beat pavlik, i dont really see how abraham qualifies. Pavlik would smash him to bits, and DLH wouldnt touch middleweight with a bargepole, and has no reason to fight abraham.
