What's your favourite German stitch up/robbery?

I'd say bring them to America if they want to fight, but keep those politics and cheaterations at home.

If Zsolt Erdei or Sven Ottke had to fight in America, they'd have retired after 5 fights.

I'm not saying these fights were without controversy. I'm just saying that controversial decisions and refereeing happens all over the place. The US and GB included (and Denmark).

Nothing beats the Ottke - Reid fight. I have made it my lifetime goal to get that result overturned and give the decision to the actual winner.

That fight was obviously fixed and everyone was in on it aprt from Reid who seemed to be facing the whole of Germany that night. Utterly disgraceful that fight was.

Those Krafty Krauts have always got some spin to put on a fight, haven't they? Even if you KO one of their fighters they say he retained on a technical draw. Well I've thought of the three most prominent examples that come to mind, tell me which you think was the worst:



1. Artur Und Ick Bon vs. Edison Miranda. "Nein! Jaw brokenshun is not TKOshun! He vill go on and fight! You take off zee points to make sure he vins! YOU VILL OBEY ZE MEIN FUHRER, VE VILL STILL VIN ZE VOAR!"

2. Robin Reid vs. the heavy-handed Sven Ottke (a little joke for Mundine fans there). "Nein, nein! Yu vill not punchenshun Ottke in boxing matchunshun! You vill do zis again and I vill take zee points! VE HAVE NOT FORGOT YOU COST US ZEE VOAR!"

3. Danny Williams vs. Konstantin Airich. Where to start with this one, eh? "You vill let us ring zee bell early and take as many points as ve vish OR VE VILL INVADE POLAND! SCHNELLKOPF, SCHNELLKOPF, NEIN, NEIN!"

Klitschko - Austin was pretty fishy.

Austin clearly took a dive after those 3 pitty pat left hooks.

That had nothing to do with German officials; Austin saw an opportunity to 'flop' as an easy way out of the fight...
