lol, now that's funny. Who are these top 10 welters during that time? I'll tell you why arum and floyd first started having their fall out. He could not get a big money fight with cotto at 140. Floyd came there looking for cotto, and got bruseles. He then just set his sights on gatti. Arum made a public offer for floyd to fight margs. Floyd hears about this, and says he doesn't think arum has his best interests at heart. in 2006 he leaves Arum. Floyd even tells margs himself we could meet down the line. Noe floyd does not want to deal with arum at all. This is why the cotto and margs fights haven't been made.
