Is anyone else excited about Jermain Taylor's return?

Cant wait to watch him fight again now that he seems to have reformed into a better, smarter and more patient fighter. We saw the new drive and fire he had in the countdown to the rematch and during the fight. Maybe he should have been more aggressive, but the improvement and focus was there. Who knows, if he does great, there may be a rubber match down the road with Pavlik again.

I am looking forward to his return, hopefully he'll knock Vera the **** out for even incinuating that he's being ducked by Team Taylor.

I'm a new fan of Taylor after his losses to Pavlik.

I'm interested to see what he can do at 168, I'm pretty sure he can be a top fighter there.

I doubt there'll be a third Pavlik fight though.

Would like to see him fight Jeff Lacy or Lucian Bute, but I would settle on him smashing Vera since he's comming off 2 defeats.

A rubber match only comes when both guys have won a fight apart. Then the third fight is a tie breaker.

I'd be very excited to see Taylor and Lacy go at it, I always felt they'd meet at the top some day, or atleast for a title. I never could have pictured them meeting under the circumstances it looks like they will be fighting under.

thats right sorry. the only issue i see with Lacy is that he isnt the same athlete he once was. he hasnt destroyed his comp since his return. it would be a good test for Taylor and Lacy, but I hope Lacy returns to form soon so a GREAT fight can happen.

I'm very exited and I hope he'll be back shortly. But dont count on it. The latest report I read about him he was compared to a mix of the Michelin-man and the Pillsbury doughboy.
