Option 2 - Floyd Mayweather

Smaller Name - Less Money - High Risk Low Reward

IMO he would go for Mayweather as the most credible opponent, not that Oscar is poor but Floyd is the P4P #1 after all, if Cotto won that fight he could step out of the shadow and start to build his own legacy

Cotto will fight anyone. He'll never have Floyd's persona so the whole risk/reward **** is irrelevant to Cotto.
