Winky is a pure boxer which is what the sport is. Anyone that has ever boxed and been good at it would appreciate that. He seldom hugs and grabs and he's very adapt at hitting and not getting hit without running around the ring like most defensive fighters. His fight with Hopkins was one of the most boring fights I'll admit that but his fight with Trinidad,Mosley and Taylor were not boring. I usually question people's knowledge of boxing when they call him boring. In this case I just noticed that you had Chavez Jr as one of your favorite fighters and I already knew just how much you REALLY know about the sport.

winky sounds like a whining *****. Oscar tried floyd...then went for hatton and settled on cotto. Then all of the sudden winky comes in with some bull**** about oscar ducking him after oscar has settled on cotto. To me thats a ***** move. Where was this at a few months ago. Oscar had decemember open for the longest and there was no mention of an opponent after floyd. Then All of the sudden winky pulls this at the last minute. Im not a de la hoya fan and actually liked winky. But Damn winky let me help you out

Sad thing about it is that they are the POSTERS that gloat about Hatton being one of the best. They don't get that its about hitting and not getting hit. I like Winky because whenever he does get hit he hits right back. He intelligently protects himself at all times. He and Pavlik would make a great match! The hell with what these novices think!

You always read on these blogs some fool calling Mayweather a coward! The biggest coward in boxing is De La Hoya! He has "DUCKED" Wright for YEARS! The only boxers De La Hoya is interested in fighting are undersized boxers like Forbes, Hatton and Pac-Man! Hell even Mayweather was a much smaller opponent compared to De La Hoya!
