Manny Pacquio
a pro at 16. he was a champion at a period that guys like Morales, Barrera and Marquez was also champs in a higher division and was considered the TOP 3 of their division. They are also given serious considerations to the list of elite pound for pound fighters.
Beating all 3 was idiotic and crazy before the barerra fight. He did it dropping the 3 12 times on his way to 5-1-1 with 3 stoppages.
Larios, Sasakul, Ledwaba, Julio were respected alphabet holders of their time.Comment

Trinidad

if you look at his resume he has fought every top class champion around his weight classes in the past decade, only one missing would be quarteyComment

Trinidad or Hopkins
Really more so Hopkins because he beat both Trinidad & De La Hoya. He also fought well against Wright & Taylor. He could have won those fights still.Comment
