I think its either dlh or b-hop. Both fought the best and have controversial losses on their resume.

      Manny Pacquio

a pro at 16. he was a champion at a period that guys like Morales, Barrera and Marquez was also champs in a higher division and was considered the TOP 3 of their division. They are also given serious considerations to the list of elite pound for pound fighters.

Beating all 3 was idiotic and crazy before the barerra fight. He did it dropping the 3 12 times on his way to 5-1-1 with 3 stoppages.

Larios, Sasakul, Ledwaba, Julio were respected alphabet holders of their time.

actually. juanma didn't win a belt 'til years after manny won his first belt.

juanma failed his 1st chance with norwood.

if you look at his resume he has fought every top class champion around his weight classes in the past decade, only one missing would be quartey

              Trinidad or Hopkins

Really more so Hopkins because he beat both Trinidad & De La Hoya. He also fought well against Wright & Taylor. He could have won those fights still.

Yeah I forgot, I always get his fight mixed up with Jermaine's thinking it was a draw.

DLH has as many controversial wins as he does losses.

The answer is Pac. He's 5-1-1 against future HOF's. Nobody beats that.
