All he needs to do is keep his left arm up, not dangling. He has very very fast reflexes (especially for a man his size) which is why he does this ****. I hope he doesnt get careless like that against Wladdy, otherwise Wladdy will unleash his rocket.... you know how that story would end..Comment

I used to know Michael Bisping back in the day. Well, he was an acquaintance. He was the "hardest man in the town" and had this legendary rep. People always used to say he did Ultimate Fighter but I never really believed it because I used to see the guy in the pub and I just couldn't imagine anyone from our ****ty down doing anything like that. But low and behold...
