Apparently, Holmes actually fought this 400 pound butterbean character at the age of 52. When I saw this link, I knew it was the kind of degrading circus sideshow I had to witness.

Holmes still had the jab! And butterbean spends most of his time staring at Holmes like a deer in headlights. Or lumbering around on the outside getting tagged by senior citizen jabs and decrepit right hands.
Does anyone know why on earth Holmes was fighting at this age, against someone like this? Did he squander his savings or something?
Spoiler!; Holmes wins an easy decision, which I guess shows that old boxers with class can still beat limited club fighters right up until they get their social security checks.
Butterbean is still out there guys. And theres alot of washed up legends he could fight. Maybe if Evander fights a trilogy with him, he'll have the money to pay off all his baby mamas.
