Why hate on the man for trying to fight the best? It's better than a world champion fighting guys like Gary Lockett.

For the record, George would give Calzaghe a serious run for his money. Shaun George was knocking guys out at cruiserweight with one punch and Calzaghe hasn't been fighting strong light-heavyweights yet. Shaun George is a strong light-heavyweight and a real southpaw killer. Stylistically, George may be Calzaghe's poison.

I don't think the fight will ever happen, but it would be a case of a younger guy fighting an older guy who beats guys fighting a younger fight than his equally aged opponents.

Calzaghe's weight really is 168, at 175 he'll have a harder time.

Hes basically bashing Calzaghes resume, yet Shaun George should take a look at his own crappy resume before opening his mouth. He sucks, woah look his best win to date is against a shot/weight drained fighter... Amazing, this guy is a joke and I hope no one with a big name gives him a fight he doesn't deserve the money just yet. I'm sure he didn't make alot against a shot/weight drained byrd on espn.

calslappy is a joke but i feel hopkins and kessler would both beat shaun george. come on bro just because you meet the guy and have photos taken with him/ is your friend. It should be noted that those fights were at cruiserweight, where he was grossly undersized. The first was a clean stoppage against Matt Godfrey, he was caught clean. Against Gurov, he won 10 out of 12 rounds and was robbed in my eyes.

I think someone on this topic might be good friends with Shaun George in real life, well good thing you stick up for him. Still don't think he should get a fight with johnson but if he does and does beat johnson than I guess the more power to him.
