to answer your question...no oscar hasnt ducked winky. Oscar has always faced the best competition out there and gave the fans what they wanted. Winky became somewhat revelant after beating mosely and trinidad but by then oscar wasnt very active only taking fights that would really motivate him...**** talkers in Mayorga and Vargas. Also around that time he was starting golden boy promotions and putting alot of effort into that. Winky is just making up duck tales so he can get a big pay day which in my opinion is really sad.

I don't think DLH ducked Winky so much as avoid him.

Winky didn't bring anything to the table until he beat Mosley, which was when DLH was busy with Hopkins. After the Hopkins fight, he became a part time fighter who wanted to make the most money possible.

youre correct and on the money with this statement. I want winky to gives us a time frame when he was suppose to fight oscar and oscar declined.

99 wright looses to vargas and then looses any revelancey he may have had
wright then goes on to fight bum fighters trying to build his way back to elite status in JMW

02 de la hoya destroys vargas via TKO winning a title in 5th different weight class

04 after 2nd loss to mosley he goes for and wins title in 6th different weight class against sterm and is now looking at big time match up with reigning MW champ bernard hopkins

in 04 winky beats mosely becomes somebody but by then de la hoya is a MW has loss to hopkins and begins a 2 year layoff to work on golden boy promotions

06 De la hoya comes back to face mayorga and fighter who he knows will motivate him due to mayorgas constant **** talking.

So in reality when winky finally gains some credibility...oscar was on his long layoff working on golden boy promotions.

In all honesty, it would be a boring fight so i wouldn't want to see it. To answer you're question I don't actually know it's possible after Wright beat Mosely that he did but I'm not sure.

I don't want to see him face Wright now though because It's proberbly Oscars last fight I would want it to be exciting.
