    Fight night round 4 wish list...

    We need a good boxing game and since prizefighter failed miserable want are some things you wanna see on FNR4. I know they will bring it graphic wise but here are some things i wanna see that will help make the game better

    Biggest problem with R3 was presentation

    1.Tale of the Tape followed by boxing introduction ala michael buffer style

    2.Keys to victory (prefight)

    3.After you win dont just name the winner...fighters stand on each side of ref as the scorecards are annouced

    4.Compu box numbers displayed after each round


    Better career mode:
    1. More training games..keep the ones they have but add jumproping, small bag, etc.

    go through a training camp were you go through several opponent related sparring sessions, several minigames, manage training schedule with choosing certain diet. Also trying to make certain weights and if you struggle or cant make em your force to move up.

    2. More of a storyline. Biased refs and judges, fighting with injuries, managing popularity and life outside the ring. Also fights having an affect on career (ex fighting a brutal war of a huge losses makes you either have to take time off or if you come back early you have a significant dropoff in skills.


    Boxing game itself:
    Make punches have a certain percentage of damage they cause like a clean punch causing a huge amound of damage and a grazing punch have a minimum affect.

    Have money punches for each fighter and if cleanly landed automaticly hurt fighters. Also have huge punches automatically hurt a fighter temporary or be able to completely change the fight.


    Any other suggestion you guys out there have?

    More modern day boxers, I always felt there wasn't much choice but there were quiet alot of legends on there. I wouldn't mind some sort of promotion in the game where you build urself up, like cause contraversy before the fight starts etc.

          -Amateur tournament like Golden Gloves or the Olympics
          -PUNCH TENDENCY
          -TKO STOPPAGES-(Stoppages by the ref/doctor/corner men from damage and cuts)
          -3 belts per division or more
          -Drama and Hype
          -Each country has it's own trainers and gyms
          -Better KO records for people that have high power ratings
          -Being able to watch the other fight's so you can maybe pick up weaknesses and strengths when your maybe thinking of fighting that certain fighter
          -A better collision detection system
          -Some fighters retire then return later
          -Some fighters retire then later become trainers
          -Better records for people in the top 20 definitely the top 10
          -World ranking records should look better then regional records
          -C.A.B fighters in the career should look like they are in the right weight division
          -You should be able to take a knee
          -World titles
          -CPU LOGIC for the Created Boxers
          -Sparring with different fighters(with different styles,weight shouldn't matter if you are working on certain things for your next fight)
          -Real flash knockdowns
          -Stances/Styles(many more)
          -Different rings sizes (champions should be able to pick his ring size)
          -Different gloves sizes for sparring, amateur bouts and pro bouts
          -Create-A-Belt For online leagues
          -Layers for the created boxers
          -More skin tones
          -Need to have year end awards, a monthly magazine that tells about title fights in each divisions, rapid climbers on the ranking lists and special stories
          -a large judge pool and the judges should judge on different criteria: some like the total punches landed, some like power punches landed, some will always favor the champ, etc.
          -MIKE TYSON(at least a fight that fights identical to Tyson's style;Tyson doesn't own his style of boxing)
          -No taunting after a knockdown unless it's triggered
          -2 or 3 different versions of some fighters....them in their prime and past
          -Include leagues in online play
          -More venues in the game
          -Storylines and Rivalries(better rivalries and situations that trigger them)
          -FIX THE HAYMAKER

          - Head movement (how player moves head to slip punches...(bob and weave? Big wide head movement? or ever so slight?)
          - Offensive Vs Counter punching (does he throw massive amount of punches like Hatton, or is he a super efficient counter puncher?)
          - Body Vs Head (headhunter or rib cruncher)
          - Combo Frequency (self explanatory)
          - Showboat Vs Conservative (basically for celebrations and reactions to knockdowns and upon hearing results)
          - Offensive Awareness (knowing when to throw the right punch and when the time is right to finish the opponent or when to salvage a decision)
          - Defensive awareness (Ability to block and dodge punches and ability to neutralize opponents main weapon)
          - Ring Generalship
          - power sliders for every punch
          - speed sliders for every punch

          -PUNCH TENDENCY-The kind of punches a fighter throws mostly (JOE LOUIS-The THREE INCH punches...short hooks)
          -Being able to add tendency to created fighters-, so if someone creates missing boxers their tendencies will be there

          -More details to a fighter's style-, Details such as ring generalship, offense and defense awareness, aggressiveness
          -Real aggressive guys-, guys that are K.O. artist, and Southpaw stylist are more avoided by some top fighters
          -Some fighters retire then return later

          -Can watch other fights on the card
          -Better records for people in the top 20 definitely the top 10
          -Beating a certain person (up-and-coming prospect, or top contender/gatekeeper) can boost you up in the rankings

          -CAB fighters in the career should look like they are in the right weight division
          Have more end-of-year awards like:
          KO of the year
          Upset of the year
          Fighter of the year
          -punches don't stop once you punch someone who is blocking
          -The parry move should be a block, and depending on your timing of blocking; Defense stat shows how good you will parry
          -Defense and Technique stat
          -You should be able to take a knee
          -Add a durability rating
          -Fighters that are in more than one division in the game like Evander, Toney, Gatti, Mosely, and RJJ should look different in each division
          -CPU LOGIC
          -TRAINING AND CONDITIONING
          -FIGHTING FORM
          -LONGER AMATEUR MODE
          -No KO moment(optional)
          -MORE CREATE A BOXER OPTIONS
          -When about to announce the decision, they should have a split screen and then zoom in on the winner when announced
          -*NO BARS just visual indications
          -KNOCKOUTS/KNOCKDOWNS
          *should be determined by either Hand Speed, Power, Momentum, Combinations, Accumulative Damage, Hitting a Blindspot, Chin, Durability, Balance, Fatigue, Angle of Punch or any combination
          -Bring back the PUNCH DRUNK animation
          -ADJUST THE PARRYING
          -Rematches
          -Work off a calendar
          -Make it so that a punches impact is based on how much body a fight puts behind their punch
          -Improvements to defense

          -IMPROVED AI
          -GET RID OF OR TONE DOWN THE WAY THE HAYMAKERS WORKS (not every boxer punches that hard even if he throws a wild punch from way back)
          CAREER

            Problem with that is that you either have people throwing that punch 200 times a fight or simply not using it because it costs too much stamina and the percentage of success is too low.
            It also sucks if you **** up a guy for many rounds online and than lose because of a lucky punch. In reality it can be the same, but its seldom.

                oh yeah something i would like to see is if you get a clean punch the guy stumbles back and you can tell if you can knock them out
