You definitely picked some great ones.

Indeed, back to the topic at hand.

Terry Norris for brawling instead of boxing against some of his opponents.

              against Simon Brown for sure

i dare say Terry "hothead" Norris would'nt have as many DQ had he had any kinda self control in the ring

Against Julian Jackson as well, had a great first round then got a bit over confident and started going after him, bad idea.

I totally agree, he needed more self control.

Off topic but it was a bit weird and funny to see Santana laying on the canvas in their first fight without help from anybody while the doctor and the referee were having a conference.

Ha Ha Ferdie Pacheco was going nuts

i cant understand how Norris ended up in the same ring twice with a chump like Santana and why Santana was a World Champ

i think its a shame Santana children will have to see thier father cheating his way to the World Title twice rather than earining the victory

mind u i suppose the cash he got would have eased his concsious LOL

It was a smart move, he made a lot of money for those fights.

do u think the Simon Brown fight took something outta him because up untill then he seemed on fire after Jackson loss ,he went on a great unbeaten streak and i thought he peaked around 1991/1992 around about the time when he fought Meldrick Taylor or Curry

or do u think he payed the price for starting to think he was a puncher because of his demolition jobs on Mugabi ,Blocker ,Gatti etc

i know he had a bad chin but i thought his performances dipped after the loss to Brown allthough he was great in the rematch ,i thought he was waay more cautious after the Brown loss i dont think someone like David Gonzalez would have took him into the latter part of the fight in his hayday and i think he would have demolished Santana quick time
