Everyone and no one. Some overrate fighters, some underrate fighters. Hence they are all Over and Underrated.

In recent history Zab Judah. Big fights with no results. He is a average fighter. Zab Judah to me is an equal boxer to Chop Chop Corley, and I believe Chop Chop beat him except Judah got the decision on the Vernon Forrest vs Ricardo Mayorga 2 undercard.

The most overhyped and overrated fighter in boxing is "Chicken" Floyd Mayweather.

"Gay" David Haye is ridiculously overhyped these days too.

Zab is better than Floyd. But, he has fought everyone and never ducked anyone. Thats why Floyd is retired and Zab isn't.
