Please Ottke has robbed pretty much everyone other than Mundine of a decent Verdict. Calzaghe had power, doesn't have it anymore.

Where is the good objective non flaming Godofwar i used to respect, cause he is gone. Calzaghe wants money against RJJ, remember Calzaghe hasn't signed to fight anyone YET, he said a Pavlik fight is unlikely not impossible. When he signs his next fight and if it isn't Pavlik then you can moan, for the time being let it die.

He died when Calzaghe broke his heart when he ducked Kelly Pavlik. That godofwar had no questions about Calzaghes resume. He thought Calzaghe would spank Kelly pavlik but moving in close angles since fighters with long reach have a hard problem fighting in close.

You can't fault the guy for wanting a big Payday at the end of the of his career in possibly his last fight, many fighters go for a fairwell fight against an easier opponent. To fight someone like Pavlik a P4P younger fighter not mention a big puncher would be a change from the other top fighters.

Calzaghe is 37 i think, he's no spring chicken. Other 37 year olds are around decline and retiring age, Calzaghe is still going strong. He hasn't said outright that he WON'T face Pavlik so there a chance that he will anyway. A 37 year old fighting a possible very young P4P fighter who can punch is almost unheard of. I'm hoping and really i am I want Calzaghe to fight Pavlik but he deserves his money. It's most likely his last fight he wants to retire with financial security for his family, let him do so.
