-Most people have/had both at #1 or #2 p4p and considered them to be the best current fighters
-Both could've fought fighters that most boxing fans wouldve rather seen (cotto/pavlik) and made millions, but chose the fighter that would make the most money (hatton/dlh/rjj)
-Both are/were near retirement
I ask this question because it seems a lot of the floyd haters were calzaghe fans... what is your reaction to calzaghe fighting roy? do you dislike joe now? do you have a new understanding of floyd? or did you believe all along that once fighters feel they've accomplished enough in their careers, they go for the big-money fights regardless of what boxing fans want to see?
