I guess old ass over the hill "lucky" Penalosa is a last name that is hard to read for a guy that hasnt gotten over Pacquiao's beating of "over the hill opponents" ... Concepcion dethrowned a mexican, previously unbeaten Joksan Herndandez for the WBC youth title, but I guess he was just a young "bum". Not to count the disputable fights.. Mexico isn't exactly knocking out no-name Pinoys... Montiel had the fight of his life againts Gorrez who many say won. Donaire would beat on Arce, Montiel, and yes Mijares.
