Dont you think so? I think boxers who are tested positive for steroids should be tested much more, especially guys like Toney because it seems some guys never learn from mistakes....I think they should test him NOW and then after the fight to make shure hes not cheating again!

If Toney can get into shape (and I use that word relatively; i.e. good shape by his standards) he will wipe the floor with Chagaev, who is an ordinary fighter. I don't know though, if he can. He's forty this year, been a pro for two decades, and with no weight limit to make he's always going to have a struggle with controlling his diet. Plus he's no longer with Roach, the worlds best trainer (IMO). So it will be difficult.
