        Try bulldozing your sparring partner into the ropes or corner because thats where the crossarm really shines.

          i think the pros of this technique are blocking straight punches.

          downfall is i believe you are left open to uppercuts.

          it may be outdated a bit...most i see it done now is by cotto really...and thats not all the time either...
