What if Mayorga lets Pavlik hit him flush?

I know the fight isn't signed, but I think it would be crrrrrrrrrazy to watch. I'll never forget the time Mayorga let Forrest hit him with 3 combos in a row and proceeded to chase Vernon around the ring. That **** was nuts and I thought Mayorga must be on drugs. Then he said he was going to let Tito hit him with his best hook and I said yeah right. My jaw dropped when Mayorga actually let Tito do it and took it. Larry Merchant says any fighter can take a punch if he sees it coming, but I think that's bull****. If it could be done, more fighters than Mayorga would pull that crazy ****.

I can just see him walking up to Pavlik and sticking his chin out, but I don't think he would stay on his feet for that one.

I think he would take it because Mayorga has a crazy chin, but he'll get KO'd later on because the effects will last throughout the fight much like the trinidad fight.

I would be really shocked if he could take one combo flush on the chin like he did from Tito and Forrest, but you never know. this thread isn't about if Pavlik could KO Mayorga or not. it's about could Mayorga take that one flush bomb he took from the others.

Mayorga is a bum. The fact that he won the first fight over forrest by that ridiculously premature stoppage gave name to him. He lost the rematch imo. Mayorga couldn't hurt dlh, so how would he hurt Pav? I don't want to see this fight. Mayorga-Miranda would be a decent fight.

He tried that with tito, and tito rocked his ass until his hands came back up. That wasn't even macho what mayorga did when he let forrest hit him. He did it because he couldn't land on forrst, and needed to get the crowd on his side. Mayorga will always talk bull to get a shot at big money.

Funny becuase Trinidad staggered Mayorga badly in that very same round. I think he learned his lesson as his chin has now been cracked. Even if he doesn't drop his hands against Pavlik, he will be decapitated.
